   • Q: Garbled text when opening a file. Can this be fixed?
   • A: Yes, you can fix this by following these steps:
     1. Open the file selection screen.
     2. Go to Options Menu > Preferences > Encode.
     3. Select the desired character encoding to use.
   • Q: Can I fix the header like in Excel?
   • A: Starting from Rev.3.3.0 (2015-11-18), this feature is supported.
